General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and 899 bet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 899 bet website, mobile interface, and all related services available at 899-bet.app. By accessing the 899 bet platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them.

Account Registration and Eligibility

Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or through shared devices — is a material breach of these Terms. 899 bet employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts belonging to the same individual will be closed, pending balances may be forfeited, and any winnings generated through duplicate account activity will be void.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account at 899 bet, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are registering in your own name and on your own behalf — not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You are not acting as an agent or professional gambler operating on behalf of third parties.

• You have not previously had a 899 bet account permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.
• The registration and use of the 899 bet platform does not violate any law, regulation, or restriction applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.

899 bet reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the information provided during registration at any time. This may include a copy of a national identity card, passport, utility bill, or bank statement. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of your account and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Age Restriction and Verification

899 bet strictly prohibits the use of its platform by any person under the age of 18 years. This is a firm and non-negotiable requirement applicable to all users regardless of the applicable local laws in their jurisdiction of residence. If you are under 18 years of age, you must not register an account, access the platform, or attempt to place any bet or wager on 899 bet.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, 899 bet may request age and identity verification at any point during a user's account lifetime — including at registration, upon first withdrawal request, following a change of account details, or where suspicious activity is detected. • Before processing a withdrawal, 899 bet may require the user to complete identity verification (KYC). Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in the withdrawal being delayed.
• Withdrawal requests are processed in the order in which they are received. Standard processing times vary depending on the payment method selected.
• Any active bonus balance attached to your account at the time of a withdrawal request may affect the withdrawal amount available, subject to the applicable wagering requirements.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

899 bet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL season. All bonuses offered by 899 bet are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside the individual promotion.

The standard welcome bonus available to new 899 bet players is a deposit match bonus of up to ৳20,000 on your first qualifying deposit. This offer is available to new registrants only — one per person, per household, and per device. The welcome bonus is not available to players who have previously held a 899 bet account, regardless of whether that account was opened under a different name or email address.

The following general bonus terms apply to all promotions at 899 bet unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is stated clearly in the terms of each individual promotion.

• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, or the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the 899 bet platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with fair play. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 899 bet platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any point during registration, verification, or in communications with the 899 bet support team.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age or are prohibited from gambling under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or under assumed identities.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, errors, or vulnerabilities in the 899 bet platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform without prior written authorisation from 899 bet.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or wagering on the basis of non-public information.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market offered on the 899 bet platform.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the platform for any money laundering purpose.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 899 bet staff, support agents, or other users of the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the 899 bet platform.

899 bet reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, up to and including immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, and the forfeiture of any balance held in the account at the time of closure. Where prohibited conduct constitutes a criminal offence, 899 bet may refer the matter to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

Account Suspension and Closure

Either you or 899 bet may close a 899 bet account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within two business days. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method.

899 bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in bonus abuse, match-fixing, or any other form of fraudulent activity.
• Detection of duplicate accounts linked to the same individual.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or instruction from a relevant law enforcement authority.
• Extended period of account inactivity, as defined in the inactivity policy communicated to users via email.

Where an account is closed by 899 bet due to a breach of these Terms, the platform reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that the user acted in bad faith or in breach of these Terms, the withheld balance may be forfeited. Where no breach is established, the balance will be returned to the user via the most recently used payment method.

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period through their account settings or by contacting the 899 bet support team. Self-exclusion options include periods of six months, one year, and permanent self-exclusion. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 899 bet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of the 899 bet platform.

The 899 bet platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. 899 bet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While we make every effort to maintain continuous platform availability, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or events outside our reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions.

In the event of a technical fault that causes a bet to be accepted at incorrect odds or on a market that should not have been available, 899 bet reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account. This applies regardless of whether the error was in the player's favour or otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 899 bet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to the 899 bet customer support team for resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the customer support process, both parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other legal remedies.
